Losing weight quickly is a great female passion, worse and stronger than any hurricane. Nothing motivates you to lose weight all of a sudden like extra pie for the night or a stiff zipper in your pants. Do you agree?
In my case, it all started with a sausage batter on Saturday. I sat at work at home and at night my brain wanted something nice and harmful - flour. The choice fell on a bread roll and a sausage in it. I ate calmly, and after 30 minutes I remembered that the following Saturday I was going to a restaurant with a new dress!
The dress chosen, even before this sausage, already suggested that she would let me down and betray me at the last moment. But I didn't believe it. Until I put it back on. As you can imagine, I hated all the sausages in the world that were already in me, the one that was hanging now and the ones that will come later (but God forbid! ).
It was necessary to solve the problem efficiently, quickly and without prejudice to oneself. Sport, increased fasting and a one-size-fits-all dress, I didn't even consider it.
After extensive research and study of medical reviews on the Internet, I decided to stick to the flower, or six petal, diet. Why she is better than the others, I'll tell you next.
What is the essence of nutrition
The developed menu refers to express mono-diets. This means that products from the same group alternate in it every day. It is designed for a short period of time and cannot be repeated regularly.
The flower pattern is as follows (they are spread over 6 days):
- a fish,
- fermented milk and dairy products,
It is in this sequence that the menu must be followed. Then the weight loss process will be active. As you can see, proteins and complex carbohydrates alternate here. At the same time, you eat well during the week.
Tea, coffee and water are also hung. The latter is important to drink in sufficient quantity. Such that? Every time your throat feels dry, thirsty, drink.
The rest of the liquids can, of course, be without gas, sugar and other additives. A little salt and pepper are allowed in the spices.
We excluded from the diet all sweets, alcohol, flour (damn sausage! ), Fast food, semi-finished products. The restrictions will affect not only the next 6 days but also the following month. This is a necessary step to get off the diet so you don't gain weight instantly (and that's what the body wants to do in the first place).

- are you breastfeeding or are you pregnant
- just suffered serious illnesses, operations, colds (in this case, you need to consult your doctor about your condition),
- allergic to any product on the list.
Girls, this is not a joke. Make a decision about diet only after consulting a doctor. Luckily for me, I was at the reception the day before and I knew I could pay for this way of losing weight.
- Second, this diet causes breakdowns, and if you don't control yourself, you can earn even more than before.
- Thirdly, the menu is quite rigid and full of restrictions. Although products alternate, however, in one day, food will be scarce. Don't forget the need for a smooth exit from the diet. In other words, the path of low-calorie nutrition will not end after 6 days, but will continue for another month.
What are the advantages?
There are results. Some have more, some have less. I found stories about the lost kilogram in six days. Someone managed to lose up to 5 kg. It all depends on your starting weight, metabolism and mobility throughout the day.
Nutritionists advise combining 6 petals with sports. Personally, I have not been able to be active. Due to the low calorie content, there was little energy during the day.
Also positive - the dynamism of the diet. Every day there is something new. You don't have time to get used to and get bored.
The result is an express wand, which, with certain reservations, can be used several times a year before major events. By the way, spoiler, I ended up in my dress! But then the restaurant had to give up dessert and alcohol.
The first day
Only fish are allowed. Some nutritionists believe that low-fat varieties are necessary. However, I knew the opinion of a European doctor who said otherwise. There are many myths surrounding fats. The most important thing is that they get fat from it. But this is not the case. Also, under conditions of a reduced range of products, Omega doesn't do any harm. You can cook it any way except for frying, smoking and salting. Boil soups, stew, bake. By the way, you can't eat more than 500 grams a day. What can you do here?
For example, cook fish soup without additional additives and drink stock while eating the steaks. Bake part of the product and eat it at lunch and in the evening. Every time the hunger passes - drink broth, coffee and tea.
The first day will be especially difficult. I know for myself. Especially when you are an active person and have a lot to do. But it will get even easier.
Row of vegetables. You can eat them 1500 kg. That, I can tell you, is a lot. Here, imagination is not limited. Especially now, during harvest time. You know even better what you can cook. But remember, frying is prohibited.
Personally, I was saved by vegetable salads, zucchini stew, carrots, potatoes and onions, stewed cabbage. It was one of the happiest days on the diet!
It's chicken time. There is little space here. The day was sad again. You can boil 500 grams (exactly as much as you can) of breast and eat it throughout the day with tea or coffee. You can cook broth, roast meat with spices. And in general, that's all. It's hard but bearable.
Cereals. Here again, life seemed easy and pleasant. The amount allowed is 400 grams of any cereal. And that's a lot. Personally, I ended up eating less. Boil oatmeal in water for breakfast, buckwheat for lunch, and buckwheat for dinner. Hearty and varied.
Fifth frontier. Almost at the end
Milk stage. All fermented dairy products are allowed. Again, I advise you to take fats but not sweets. For example, cottage cheese, yogurt, koumiss, ayran, kefir. It is allowed to add a drop of milk to coffee and tea. For me personally, the stage was difficult.
The home straight is the sweetest. You can eat fruit, but not too much sweets. Bananas, grapes are prohibited and dried fruits are very limited.
In summer, this diet is quite harmonious. But in winter it will be more difficult. Finding fruit isn't easy, and in cold weather you can't live on apples.
However, all bad things are over, as is your torment. At the end of the semester, you will be happy to notice changes in your body. It's helpful to take a photo before and after the process to see what the restrictions were for.

Reviews are different. Someone endured the ordeals calmly and generally changed their habits, refusing to eat sweets and starchy foods. Someone was on a strict diet. It was difficult for me in some places. I don't want to repeat it.
Doctors also cannot say with certainty how the diet will affect you. It's best to start with your condition, your current weight. I am in favor of talking to nutritionists and nutrition advisors. Perhaps a completely different option is right for you.
In my experience, it wasn't easy. In the first stage, I regretted getting involved in this story. On the day of the curd it was also uncomfortable, because I don't like fermented dairy products. Also, if you work in an office and eat with colleagues, it's impossible to hide from other people's smells and types of dishes. They seduce, lean towards illegal actions. Several times I felt like stealing a piece of meat from a colleague right under my nose, as well as stealing all the sweets. But I resisted.
My result is minus 3 pounds. I am satisfied and in a beautiful dress, which is perfect for me.
